Refund policy

Once we have verified that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount. The refund will always be made using the same method you used for the purchase: PayPal, credit card.

Calculation of reimbursements

If the return is due to an error on our part or because you have received a wrong product or a product in bad condition, we will pay the shipping costs of returning the product.

Remaining returns

When the return is for other reasons, as long as the merchandise arrives in perfect condition, the refund will be equivalent to the amount of the returned product. In this case, the customer will only be responsible for the cost of collection of the returned product.
