Refund Policy

Once we have verified that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount. The refund will always be made using the same method you used for the purchase: PayPal, credit card.

Calculation of refunds

If the return is due to an error on our part or because you have received an incorrect or damaged product, we will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the product.

Other returns

When the return is for other reasons, provided that the goods arrive in perfect condition, the refund will be equivalent to the amount of the returned product. In this case, only the collection costs incurred by the return are borne by the customer.
