Return of products Our policy is to grant you the right to return any product you purchase from vipventas.es within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. For items that require assembly, we will only accept if they have not been assembled or used. We will only accept the return of products that are not in their original condition if the merchandise is defective, damaged or in poor condition, provided that the damage is attributable to the manufacturing process, transport or shipping. How to return an item? The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and correctly packed. If the product is damaged because it is not well protected, we will not accept the return. Once we have received the product in our warehouse and checked its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount. Defective products, in bad condition or wrong shipment If the product is damaged, in bad condition or is not what you ordered, please contact us. Refund policy Once we have verified that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount. The refund will always be made using the same method you used for the purchase: PayPal, credit card. Calculation of refunds If the return is due to an error on our part or because you have received a wrong product or in poor condition, we will pay the shipping costs incurred in returning the product. Rest of returns When the return is for other reasons, as long as the merchandise arrives in perfect condition, the refund will be equivalent to the amount of the returned product. In this case, the customer will only be responsible for the cost of collection of the returned product. Product warranty The warranty period of our products, according to current Spanish legislation, is three years from the date of delivery. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included. In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, we will opt for the replacement of the article or the reimbursement of its amount in the legally established terms. The warranty will lose its value in the following cases: If any of the data on the same or on the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced. If both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
